You are watching a woman through the wall of her home.
Her voice is caught by the microphone in her smart phone and
amplified to you. She opens her laptop and an image of her face
flickers across the room. You watch her type: 'I think I'm being
watched...'
What happens to the relationship between citizens and the state when
you know you’re being watched? What does it feel like to be looked
at, and why are we all ok with it?
